Technique Greeting Card: Clear Tiles and Rub-Ons

Today's card is one that I cannot claim credit for making.  My sister received it with one of her shower gifts.  Isn't is lovely?  It uses clear tile stickers and rub-ons!  Who knew?  I certainly didn't, but it it really impressed me.

I loved the paper flowers, and the color choices for the card.

 I love pink and blue together!

 Here is a close up of the tile with the rub-on.  I love the velvet scallop border too.  I may have to case this one!
