Well, it's been quiet a while since I've posted anything so I thought today was a beautiful Spring day, and what makes you think of Spring more than Easter? So today's card is a cute pastel Easter card.
I bought some second hand Close to My Heart Stamps, and I'll admit, I felt a bit like a traitor since I own Stampin Up almost exclusively. I loved this adorable set and couldn't pass it by.
I used Stampin Up cardstock and DCWV pattern paper. I ran the piece of Certainly Celery cardstock through my Cuttlebug and embossing folder for some added texture, and layered the stamped eggs onto pop-dots for more dimension.
I stamped the "happy" at the top with Certainly Celery ink and "Easter" sentiment at the focal point is also in Certainly Celery.
The inside of the card is stamped with "Eastertime is full of cheer, it means Spring is really here"
